Exchange policy
Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging untampered.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not have a CANCELLATION POLICY, any order placed on the website is final and cannot be cancelled.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bohairs.com or a WhatsApp message: 09129708120
Refund
Refund is only applicable in a case where you do not like any wig in our category to exchange.
We offer 2 forms of refund:
- Store Credit – the total amount you paid would be converted to store credit, to be used anytime you like. Store credits can be used to purchase items at regular price or during sales period.
- Refund- if you would like a refund to be made to you, 20% service charge would be deducted from your original price you paid for the item, then balance paid to the account your provide.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 27B Adebayo Doherty Road, Lekki Phase 1 Lagos, Nigeria
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.Â
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
